Ok rules for my tourney are simple, TCG Only, no burn/exodia/stall etc.
You may use any card you want(regardless of banlist) duels are 2/3 match an are hosted in Unlimited format
basically this is an excuse for people to use the cards they missed like Monster Reborn
Each Player Has three hearts after each loss they lose 1 heart


IMPORTANT: After First Duel Deck Becomes Locked, Meaning You Cannot Change It Anymore Throughout The Tourney.
